Pet Damage Can Cost You Plenty

Pet Damage Can Cost You Plenty

Pets can be incredible companions and become a member of the family. No matter where they are permitted to go within your property, there is almost always some form of damage. It is always best practice to find and repair pet damage before you get an appraisal! Ask someone who isn't a frequent visitor to your home to come in and provide an honest assessment of any odors which may be present. Be sensitive to pet hair which can cause potential buyers with allergies significant issues. Stained carpet, scratched floors and holes in the yard can decrease your home’s value by up to $30,000!
